Returns & Exchanges

You can conveniently return the ordered goods to the BENVENUTO. WebShop within 30 days of receipt. 
The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. 

Returns should be shipped using the same shipping company as the delivery.

Please fill out the return form included in every shipment so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Be sure to keep the proof of shipment until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return. This proof shows the return date and the receipt number for your return.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited to you within a few days. You will receive the amount in the same way you paid for your purchase.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for inspection purposes—as is customary in a retail store for trying on clothes—and that they must be returned with the original label.

If the goods are damaged due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the loss in value.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the goods without placing a new order.
