Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order to the BENVENUTO. WebShop within 30 days of receipt.

We cover the return shipping costs. A return label is already included with your order. Please use only this enclosed return label for your return so that we can assign and process your return quickly and correctly.

Please also include the completed return form and keep the proof of posting until you have received our confirmation that your return has arrived.

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the amount within a few days using the original payment method.

Please note that the goods may only be used for inspection purposes, as would be customary when trying them on in a store, and must be returned with the original tag attached. In the event of any deterioration caused by use beyond such inspection, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Only returns of items purchased from the BENVENUTO. WebShop can be accepted.
